THREE TYPES OF EQUIPMENT TO TRACK
Serilaized
Serialized athletic equipment has a uniquely numbered bar code label affixed, or serial number assigned to it. This bar code or serial number identifies the item and is used whenever the item is checked in or out, repaired, or refurbished. For example: helmets and shoulder pads
Expendable
Expendable equipment does not require an individual bar code or number assigned to it. Item IDs are assigned to this equipment when entered into the program. This equipment is not to be checked back in after it is assigned. For example: gloves, socks, shoes etc.
Non-Expendable
Non-Expendable equipment does not require an individual bar code or number assigned to it. Item IDs are assigned to this equipment when entered into the program. Unlike its expendable counterpart, non-expendable items can be checked back into the system for later assignment. For example: pads and jerseys

Equipment Manager has the ability to store all the player information you need. The only information that is required is a player's first name, last name, and unique ID. It is up to you what else you want to store. This includes, but is not limited to, sizes, contact information, locker numbers and combinations, jersey numbers, positions, DOB, and customized notes.
